Good course, slow support

I bought the 'dropshipping course' and found the content itself to be very comprehensive. The modules were well-structured and easy to follow, covering a lot of ground from niche selection to scaling. It was definitely good value for the money. My only real gripe was with customer service. I had a technical question about one of the modules and it took almost 48 hours to get a response back. While the answer was helpful, a faster turnaround would make the whole learning process smoother. Overall, I'm happy with the course, but support could use a boost.

Quick setup, good tools

Got the 'Shopify store setup' done. It was fast. They delivered on time. The store looked professional and worked well. No issues.

Reliable support, again

I've used Imperial eCommerce a few times now for different services, and this latest purchase, the 'ad management services,' was just as solid as my previous experiences. The initial setup call was efficient, and the team picked up right where they left off with my last campaign. It took about 3 days for them to fully integrate and start running ads. Their communication is always clear, and they stick to their timelines. That consistency is why I keep coming back when I need help with my store.

Helped my business quite a bit

So I decided to try out their 'marketing strategy consulting' because my store was just kinda… stuck. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but the consultant I worked with was pretty knowledgeable. We had a few calls, and she helped me map out a plan. It made a lot of sense. The insights were practical, not just a bunch of buzzwords. I started implementing some of the stuff she suggested, like the email marketing templates, and I'm actually seeing some better numbers now. It felt like someone actually cared about my business, which was a nice change.

I'm looking at their automated store building service. How long does it actually take them to get a Shopify store up and running?

H Hannah P. 3 weeks ago
Mine took about 2-3 weeks from when I gave them all the info until it was ready for review. It depends on how much back and forth you need for tweaks.

It's not instant, but faster than doing it all yourself. I'd say give them at least a couple of weeks, maybe a bit more if you want something super custom.

Anyone know if Imperial eCommerce accepts PayPal? Or is it just credit cards for their courses?

D Danielle L. 4 weeks ago
I paid for my course with a credit card, but I think I saw PayPal as an option too. Pretty sure they take most major ones.

When I signed up for the masterclass, it was credit card or GPay. Not sure about PayPal specifically for everything, but they have a few options.

Are there ever any good sales for Imperial eCommerce? Like, should I wait for Black Friday or do they do discounts year-round?

A Adam Sanchez 1 month ago
They definitely have Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, those are usually the biggest. But I've also seen them do early bird specials for new courses or free webinar access pretty often.

Yeah, I got a few hundred bucks off my mentorship package around November. They also sometimes do discounts if you join a free webinar first.

Thinking of signing up for one of their mentorship things, but worried about getting scammed. Is Imperial eCommerce legit or just another guru selling dreams?

A Ashley B. 1 month ago
I was skeptical too, but I signed up for their basic course last year and actually learned a ton. It's not a get-rich-quick thing, you still have to put in the work, but the info is solid.

Yeah, they're legit. I know a couple of people who used their store setup service and got decent results. Just do your due diligence on any ecom platform, but these guys seem to deliver.

Thinking about getting the dropshipping course but also looking at Biaheza's stuff. Any thoughts on how Imperial eCommerce compares?

E Elizabeth T. 1 week ago
Imperial eCommerce feels a bit more structured and comprehensive, especially if you're a complete beginner. Biaheza is good too, but sometimes assumes you know a bit more already.

I've tried both. Imperial eCommerce's mentorship is more hands-on if you go for that, whereas Biaheza is mostly just his course content. Depends if you want more direct guidance or just a course.
